Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from LA Imprints, but if for any reason you need to make a return, here's what you need to know:

Returns: You have 14 days from the delivery date of purchase to initiate a return. Please keep in mind that after this period, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange. Don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly sales representatives for assistance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and notify you about the approval. If approved, we will process the refund and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain time-frame.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for refunds to be officially posted. If there's still no sign of your refund, contact your credit card company and bank as there may be processing delays. Clearance Items (if applicable): Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please send us an email at shoplaimprints@gmail.com or use our chat feature to submit a return request.


Shipping: Please mail all Returns/Exchanges to: LA Imprints, 3811 Oceanside Rd East, Oceanside, NY 11572.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
